PRACTICAL COMPLETION IN LIVERPOOL
PHASE TWO OF LIVERPOOL CBD PROJECT
Number Five St Paul's Square, Liverpool

Number Five St Paul's Square reached practical completion in April, which completes phase two of Liverpool's new central business district project. The eight-storey office building has been designed to a stringent environmental brief, and 50% of its space is pre-let. Our other project, Number One St Paul's Square, was recently short-listed for both BCO Work Place and RICS Commercial Office of the year. ... more >>
FIT-OUT UNDER WAY
PARTIAL REFURBISHMENT FOR MODERN BUILDING
Senator House, 85 Queen Victoria Street, London

We are working on a category A fit-out and partial office refurbishment for Senator House that includes four office floors, all toilets and the reception. For the reception, we are opening up the space and making a newly-commissioned large-scale mobile sculpture the focal point — we are working closely with installation artist Wells Small. Senator House dates from 1991 and was designed by Chapman Taylor Architects. RHWL was commissioned by Quinlan Private Capital in November 2007. Fit-out started in July and is estimated to be complete by the end of the year.

CONSTRUCTION ON COURSE IN THE CITY
16 STOREY OFFICE TOWER
30 Crown Place, London EC2

The £65m office devlopment at 30 Crown Place, which occupies a site north of Broadgate, reached topping-out in May. The building has an interestingly textured fritted glass façade, with planes that project over the main structure, creating the main design feature. Installation work is by Lindner Schmidlin, who expect to complete at the end of this month. Project completion is scheduled for November. We are working as executive architect for the project. The concept architect is Horden Cherry Lee Architects.
