No. 4 St Paul’s Square will be completed in phase three of our scheme for Liverpool's Central Business District, which is helping restore life to a neglected corner of the city. As part of the wider masterplan for the area, we have worked on three commercial buildings, 50 residential units, a 400-space car park and a new public square.
In common with our other buildings in the St Paul's Square development, the design of No.4 will combine an architectural solution that complements Liverpool's built heritage — based on extensive research — with an environmental strategy that will deliver outstanding energy performance.
