Plot 3000 is RHWL's second building at Hillswood Business Park — part of our masterplan for the extensive grounds of a disused hospital complex. The building offers 7,800 sq m of offices on two storeys and is now occupied by Regus. The exterior is clad in French limestone with deep punched windows adding sculptural interest to its appearance.
