In May 2004 the Jarrold Stand was completed at Carrow Road, home of Norwich City Football Club. Its construction marked the first phase in the implementation of the masterplan we designed to realise the potential of the club's land. The state of the art stand seats 8,000 and offers uninterrupted sight lines, facilities for disabled spectators and executive boxes. We have also designed a second, corner stand, seating 2000.

The funding for construction was raised by the club through the development of the adjacent riverside plot, a site included in the masterplan. Here we designed a complex of 350 luxury apartments.
