105 Wigmore Street
A speculative 10 storey office and residential development in London's West End. It replaces a 1950s structure with a scheme that respects its surroundings and makes a contemporary statement on a prominent corner site.
Including the accommodation in its two storey basement, the building provides 6,000 sq m of quality office space. As it was important to the joint venture developers, Heron International and AXA Reim, we have designed a building that can be leased either as a single headquarters or rented to multiple tenants.
Access is via a glass bridge at pavement level, which crosses the basement lightwell. The reception area is double-height and features a faceted glass screen that visually directs visitors through the space.
