RHWL has an international profile, with offices in London and
Berlin. Our colleagues at the Arts Team specialise in design for the
performing arts. Together, we offer a range of opportunities
for experienced architects.
Our projects range from large scale commercial developments and masterpanning to refurbishment, conservation and interiors work.
We encourage people to develop their careers with us and as a result of this, many senior staff have worked with us for much of their professional lives. We invest in our people, providing inhouse training in CAD and other programmes, regular CPD opportunities and support for those attending relevant courses. We also encourage social activities through, for example, sports.
The practice uses a style of team working that emphasizes the combination of solid experience with fresh thinking. We ensure that each team places equal emphasis on design, project management and delivery and so can offer excellent opportunities in all three areas. Our offices are largely open plan, reflecting our supportive office culture.
